1. Publisher

The imprimeur.paris website, its open data and its MCP server (https://mcp.imprimeur.paris/mcp) are published by Moja Interactive, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint-stock company under French law), SIREN 531458271, 12 rue de la Cour des Noues, 75020 Paris. Publication director: Pierre Potron, president. Contact: contact@imprimeur.paris. Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.

2. Purpose

imprimeur.paris is an independent, free directory of places in Paris where you can get printing done. It presents public information about each business, practical guides, tools (PDF checker, calculators) and an MCP server that lets AI assistants consult the directory.

3. Access

Access to the website, the open data and the MCP server is open and free of charge, with no account required. The MCP server is read-only and rate-limited; abusive use may be blocked. The publisher may interrupt or modify the service, in particular for maintenance.

4. Published information

Listings are compiled from the INSEE SIRENE register, OpenStreetMap, the businesses' own websites, checks by the publisher and, as a last resort, information taken from Google Maps, which is indicated on the listing. They are provided for information only: opening hours, services and turnaround times may change. Check with the business before going there or ordering. The publisher is not a party to the relationship between visitors and businesses and takes no part in any order. The guides and regulation pages are general information, not legal or technical advice.

5. Ranking

No placement is sold. Listings confirmed by their printer appear first, then those of Imprim'Vert-certified printers, followed by the others in alphabetical order (see the methodology). Confirmation is free and open to all businesses.

6. Listed businesses

Businesses are listed on the basis of public information, in the legitimate interest of informing the public about where to get printing done in Paris. Any business, including a sole proprietorship, may ask for its listing to be corrected, completed or removed, or object to its publication, by writing to contact@imprimeur.paris (see also Are you a printer?). The publisher checks that the request comes from the business before making any change.

7. Intellectual property and reuse

The texts, layout and illustrations of the website belong to the publisher, unless otherwise stated. The directory data published on the Open data page and returned by the MCP server may be reused under the ODbL 1.0 licence, crediting the source “imprimeur.paris” and the original sources (INSEE, OpenStreetMap contributors, Île-de-France Mobilités). Information taken from Google Maps is excluded.

8. AI assistants

AI assistants may consult the website and the MCP server. The answers they give are the responsibility of their publisher; imprimeur.paris does not guarantee their accuracy. The MCP server sends nothing on the user's behalf: a quote request prepared by a tool is sent by the person themselves.

9. Liability

The publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for inaccurate or incomplete information, unavailability of the service or any use made of the published information.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to the rules protecting consumers.
